Making sure there is "PE time" during our new daily routines is key to keeping everyone sane. Our school sent us this activity packet and we think it's fantastic. We've also included a few links to other fitness site. Let us know your favorites and comment with other ideas you've found work for your kiddos.
GoNoodle is a favorite for my kids to do at school. Going to try it out today at home!
Cosmic Kids Yoga comes highly recommended from one of my teaching friends and helps with mindfulness, which right now, can't hurt!
